Why am I one of the only people who hasn't gotten this yet? Is it the whole album that has leaked or just a few live tracks? I've been hearing diffrent things from livejournal, who has it? or explain it to me

it's leaked, at least on indietorrents. you should be hearing the whole thing very soon.
oh, yeah, and it's absolutely fucking reprehensible to download and listen to new xiu xiu you've been dying to hear before you can buy the album the day it comes out.
