I just remembered "Cherry Blossom Color Season" from the Katamari Damacy soundtrack. I know its not much of a depressing song, but it reminds me of a phase I had been in when I listened to that song. So its a pretty big downer for me, so I guess that counts for something.

when it's just finished snowing and it's dark grey out because it's early evening and the christmas lights are on and you and your mom just threatened at each other with knives and then when you're looking out of the window and the last half of "the line" from the new black rebel motorcycle club album comes on and it's weird and she laughs and you laugh and then you say "seriously. i need a perc." and she says "SO DO I. WHAT CAN I DO?" and then you look out the window again and there's a man in the wheelchair in the same building and you can see him from the window.
