I've been playing the finished version of "In Conflict" for some private audiences and common consensus is that it is my best record yet and there have been even some tears, "I cried four times," said one man. Yes. Still haven't set a release date though.

How does one and his bandmates, manager, other parties decide upon the release date once the product is finished?

What happened to "Vengence" and "Baiting the Drones"?
Did they just get a title change or were they cut?

Cut. There are currently ten floating b-sides for the record including three tracks originally intended for the album ("Black Bishop", "Vengeance", "Holy Eternal Drone" (a.k.a. "Baiting The Drones"), several weird one-offs that I knew wouldn't make the cut ("Contra O Capitalismo", "The Phone Call"). I'm trying to think about how to package the M Blash soundtrack and there are some shared elements. The soundtrack plays great as a Gastr del Sol-style record mixed with some vocal tracks so I'm trying to balance things between the two... but don't hold your breath for that soundtrack, that thing functions on a calendar in somebody else's office.

Also again, it's sad that stuff has to get cut knowing that each one of those are probably masterpieces...
Then again, there's probably good reason for it. *still prays for an EP or something with cut tracks on it*
