Finally the new Blankket recording has been uncovered "Pegatively Nositive"

I found it lurking in the blue house when it should be lurking in between some other recordings on the blocks site.



I heard that if you listen hard enough you can hear Owen recording Heartland in the background..or was that providing backup vocals? I could have been lied to though..it has been known.

Is it a Best of 2009? Who cares..coz.. if it's anything like his Boss ep it will be fun.

Oh God, The new Malajube leaked a couple of days ago and I must say it has a chance of being the best album of 2009.

I've listened to this a bit and I honestly wanted to like it, especially because some of the songs live are great, but this album just sort of annoyed me. Only some tracks grabbed my attention, and it sounds gratuitously overproduced. I don't know, maybe it's one of those albums you have to listen till you drop to like it. I still think the new songs are better played live

Franz Ferdinand used to be my favorite band, so I really anticipated Tonight. I'm somewhat dissappointed, but it's quite good imo.

Animal Collective is entirely lost on me, and it feels like being colourblind. Everybody else seems to be having all sorts of fun, but I just don't see it.

Dark Was The Night is my favourite acquisition so far. Extremely underwhelmed by Franz Ferdinand.

+1 on the album being nice. I'll get to see him in may for the first time; he was here not too long ago but I only found out about it a few days before and I couldn't get any tickets
