he could do like Jonsi from Sigur Ros; except he just says "usighalo" in many different ways and lengths over and over... ahaha ;D that kind of true especially for Vaka (untiled track 1) haha also untitled 4 (the nothing song) and the von remake; it's like it used to be a "made up language," now it's just ridiculous. like on the old von and olsen olsen, you never heard "usighalo" once. man, those were the days, they're never gonna top "agaetis," now its just sad

Boo bonus Ep's and boo stretching out your back-catalog. We want 35 Heartland songs. Double record. No, no, triple. Nah... 11 songs on the album with a bonus e.p. of another 8 song for the masses. I like the Hank idea of releasing an album of the demos and outtakes from The Luck of the Singers, before they even get the album finally release and as a donation only download (I'm still waiting for the release so Can You Cry? fills the void nicely.

But seriously, who doesn't love the world jumbles? Those are what we should be figuring out, for the next record Owen should 1-up himself by inventing a language with a little dictionary. Here's my crack the at word jumble from the Regina folk fest version of The Great Elsewhere. Ahem.. Afaulum crozen tees afaula shiisoo ifoohh Buddala rozen does ifalla cretian Druhfohh Atralla canapuh bazooo dannapraz annakeege Buddala rozen duhpulana chiisoo risoooo ooo wahoohooo : ) is this spectrum speak?

This is kind of fun All I can make out from The Great Elsewhere is Talking, what's it good for? Absolutely nothing Wrestle, let's wrestle You can pin me to anything and I try to keep it from the arrogant boys but the social scene is out, is out of control and decorations on uniforms I tremble and trample on to promise reforms About face about face, I gave my face to the public Gave up a life of wandering, wandering From room to room Searching for news of our domestic doom Ahh, I think yours is a lot more accurate than mine was. My guess was fairly non-sensical. I hope that Mhmm is right, though. Are there any other clearer recordings of this track on the internet? My version is all distant-sounding and muffled.

(other than icelanders of course) i dunno if i would go so far as to call it lazy and desperate personally, but i'm definitely less impressed with "með suð í éyrum við spilum endlaust." but they're still pretty great live.

That song is fantastic. Is there an upload of the whole gig?
