Dudes, it is not a cave. It is a stereotypical igloo, only without the ice blocks and the whale blubber.
Speaking of which, oh man, blueberry bagels are delicious.

Hells yes! we are back in business!! *puts on headset unnecessarily* at first I saw that there had been a fire and had horrible images of Owen catching fire but fortunately it was something to do with servers... I really need to learn that internet site content is not the same as the... person... real life... I also painted my nails, black, but only on my right hand because the other hand is awkward.... OH also I got a little more cultured over the past few days and I managed to dig y'all this out. It's Un chant d'amour by Jean Genet, it's a 25minute long movie about (puts on scary voice) homosexual oppression*lightning flashes and thunder claps* If you're offended by men lusting over each other in prison cells and dancing around in a very french artsy way with their nads out then dont watch it, oh and Jessi? I made sure it wasn't on youtube www.ubu.com/film/genet.html this site is chock full of fantastic old movies and shizzle so gorge yourselves my pretties FEAST AWAY!!!

Oh how I missed this board. A film! About lusty men! Unfortunately I cannot watch it tonight as I am supposed to be getting drunk at a pancake restaurant for an 18th birthday, but I will endeavour to do so the following evening. I NEED youtube unblocked, i'm supposed to be collaborating on a Joanna Newsom piano cover thing with another girl there who has a very lovely voice In the few days where i was proboards-less, I do believe I painted my nails as well, but more of a Regina Spektor-red than black. I also bought Wuthering Heights, started on Mrs Dalloway (Virginia Woolf is amazing! I wish they'd made us read her when in high school so I wouldn't have gone for so long assuming she was just another old boring book-writing sod), made another birthday card, burnt two of Owen's eps plus other live songs onto a cd, made a cd cover for it, promised myself I would go and actually buy the Many Lives ep in the near future. I burnt the Basia album for my friend, and decorated the cd and was delighted when somebody said it looked professional. I also tried to go and get my 18+ card, but went to the wrong place and then got lazy. And that, my friends, is the story of my life. Oh and - I learnt the rest of This Lamb Sells Condos on piano! (and the rest of Yann Tiersen's Sur le Fil, but that is another story) What a bitch to learn, particularly with my small hands! But now i can play it in full (very badly), including the crazy ascending notes at the end. Am hoping my friend will be willing to sing about genitals..

I remember I was once muttering to myself "contentment what's contentment I am bald and impotent" while passing my parents in the hallway one day... needless to say they laughed at me as per. How awful is this? I got woken up at 7:20am on a summer holiday because I had my phone set to omega vibrate level and that foul woman that I refuse to believe is my mother thought she would call me to check up on what I had planned. How flippin screwed up is that? Jessi, you haven’t even begun to see the magic of Woolf, just make sure you read Orlando at some point, I was roped into reading it a few months back and now it’s without a doubt one of the more odd books I’ve ever read, just make sure you get the real version and not the version with the same title by some annoying bitch who also took Woolf’s name just to mess us around… if I ever get a time machine im going to break a glass plate over the woman’s head. Oh yes, this man is from Norway, therefore, he is norweigalicious: ladies and gentlemen: Mr. Sondre Lerche www.myspace.com/sondrelerchesankdj listen to “everyone’s rooting just for you” it’s happy and swingy. Oh am I right in thinking Sur le Fil is on Amelie? it sounds familiar but the only thing that really stands out for me from from Yann is that awsome song "guilty" which I picked up in the back of the cafeteria.

Heehee, well, he's not that famous outside the classical-music world, but remember that epic tale I told about Alex Klein, the world's greatest oboist a page or so ago? It was him. Seriously, guys, he is like Oboe God, and oboe is my life for these four years.

Mine did! He played Caprice No. 24 by Paganini...on oboe. Listen to this shit, guys. All those arpeggios? Hard enough on violin where you have the four strings, but ridiculously ridiculous on oboe. And around 1:25 on that clip? During the double stops? Alex played one note on his oboe and friggin' *hummed* the other one. Incredible.
