Haha omg that video  I've been gradually visiting every German city thanks to Owen  Ah, that's so nice to hear  Hope you had good times with us! Been to the Elbphilharmonie concert too. Music great as usual but the sound somehow did not do it for me -from my seat at least. I know, new shiny concert hall and all.. so I'm not supposed to say that.. - classic German, right?! ..saying all the wrong things  Very much looking forward to any concert wherever now anyhow! Yes it was great, I went to the Miniatur Wunderland the day before the show in Hamburg which was amazing! I loved Berlin - I was only there for one night when Owen played, but a couple of years later I had a conference near Berlin and got to spend a bit more time there! It was strange being in Germany for something other than Island shows I also went to Dusseldorf and Essen, and spent an afternoon in Bremen on my way home from Hamburg. I'd love to go back and see more of Germany, maybe when the Island tour finally happens! Haha I didn't notice, maybe it depended on the seat or maybe I was just too absorbed in how good the songs were I couldn't believe there were so many empty seats though when it was supposed to be sold out, what is wrong with people?  |

Whoa, what a coincidence!! This has to be a press shot for SOMETHING... He replies to someone on one of his new Facebook pictures with “Godkiller’s alive” (from paragon of order) too, lol. Fingers crossed for more news soon!! Also, his location on Facebook is set as “Island LP coming soon”. Has that always been there?! |

I had a dream tonight that Owen announced that the new album would be released on October 2 – let's hope we don't have to wait that long! Though the first single was supposed to come out in July... It was a very weird dream, the album had also been renamed to "Calls" for some reason, and while I don't remember the title of the single, it was certainly one that had never been mentioned before. |

I hope we don't have to wait that long either, but I feel like that could be the case as a lot of artists are releasing albums in the first half of the year! (Plus the album he produced for the Mountain Goats is releasing in April already).
I'm impatient, but ending the year with an awesome Owen album wouldn't be the worst thing to happen. I certainly hope it is released within this year though... it really does feel like everyone but him that I like is creating something new this year!

But maybe they just mean that he has no more shows coming up at the moment and are trying to be dramatic to sell tickets!
