Band was in great form at Coventry last night even if that pesky piece of equipment needed a rest a couple of times and the heavens saw fit to make it more like midwinter than British summer time. We do need to think of better questions to ask when prompted although Matt did provide an entertaining monologue on his favourite colour. I did a bit of research (okay it was a 30 sec google search) and found 100 Interesting questions to ask (no dating ones please)... hmm a lot of these seem very bland.. I was almost amused by “who would you brainwash/why?” and “who would you lock in room and how would you torment them for a day?”. There's a whole load of desert island questions or what do you like/dislike or the life regret ones, but nothing that truly makes it an outstanding and thought provoking question. I did once think of asking Owen... "Hey Owen, What's you favorite note?" but I think that might have been done before and really is that the best I can offer. So what do I really want to know? I don’t know and I probably need someone to tell me why I don’t know? Am I really that conversationally stunted? Answers on a postcard.... It was good, haha I feel so bad about my stupid "what's your favourite colour" question. I don't think anyone was as amused by it as I was. Also it was great to meet you and see you on Wednesday in Cardiff! Hahahaha your question was funny! (You know, I actually still don't know what Owen's favourite colour really is! ) I always have mind-blanks at moments like that... even now I still can't think of anything funny or interesting at all! The only thing I really wanted to know was "Is Edinburgh going to be an In Conflict show or new songs like Germany?", which didn't seem fitting to shout out! Have a great time in Cardiff tonight! I feel so sad about not being there, but the English shows were expensive enough!

WOW WOW Cardiff
Excellent performance in a great venue with a wonderfully enthusiastic audience.
It did turn into 'An audience with Owen Pallett' at one point. Several minutes later we had some more music ... Paris 1919.
I might say more once my body is wake again...

Hope you all don't mind me uploading these setlists to setlist.fm for future historical reference. Also cool to hear that the new Win & Regine bassline from the Lee's Palace show is still being used! Thanks for the uploads.
