Whoa. Awesome setlist! If pdx gets something half that awesome, I can die happy. It seems pretty likely - Owen seems to be pulling out all sorts of older songs. He said he hadn't played Better than Worse in something like 3 years?

Wasn't he not able to do BtW because of the lack of reverse on his new looping system? I remember a live boot where someone requested it but he shot it down, and then did Your Light is Spent.

Yes, I think that's right. From the way he phrased it, it sounded as though he might just have stopped playing it way back because of different equipment, and didn't start again until now even though he might have had the capability for awhile.

I'm about 90% sure he played Honour the Dead or Else today in Hamilton, but I'm not overly familiar with it so I wasn't sure! I hope someone else wrote down the setlist...
What's the story with that song anyway? I don't know anything about it and the only version of it I have is the one with symphony nova scotia

Hamilton. I know he started with "That's when the audience died" and finished with "better than worse" (gave me goosebumps btw) and "lewis takes off his shirt"
Couldnt say what he played in between, in order, because it was such an amazing show. Wouldn't think I'd see a show like that in Hamilton.

Man, is it usually this hard to find setlists online after shows? I am new to concerts I guess... This is all I can remember for Hamilton
1. That's When The Audience Died 2. This is the Dream of Win and Regine ... I think around the middle was Keep the Dog Quiet through to The Great Elsewhere ... And then I know he closed with Better Than Worse and Lewis Takes Off His Shirt
Other songs I am pretty sure he played This Lamb Sells Condos CN Tower Belongs to the Dead Flare Gun The Butcher Many Lives > 49 MP Honour The Dead or Else

Whelans, Dublin - March 18th
1. E is for Estranged 2. This is the Dream of Win and Regine 3. The Man With No Ankles ?? (I took down a lyric, "from the back of my neck to the top of my head... that looks like lyrics posted for that song) 4. That's When The Audience Died 5. Midnight Directives 6. Keep the Dog Quiet > Mt. Alpentine 7. The Great Elsewhere 8. Lewis Takes Action 9. He Poos Clouds 10. Alpha Omega (Mountain Goats cover) 11. Took You Two Years to Win My Heart (at my request ;D) 12. Flare Gun 13. The Butcher 14. Many Lives 49MP 15. Lewis Takes off His Shirt
Encore: 16. Independence is No Solution 17. Song Song Song 18. Better Than Worse
Great gig. As usual Owen stopped to tell some stories. One was right after the "c-c-c-c-cocaine" line from He Poos Clouds. He says he was reading an article about Steve Carrell on the plane from Germany and one of the tips Carrell gave about comedy is to keep a really serious face after saying something funny. So he just imagined Carrell saying "Cocaine".
He also Whelan's was his favourite venue, right after playing on top of the Himalayas with Jesus and Moses.
Man, I kinda wish I was going tomorrow now as well.
EDITED: Because some people know other bands' songs better than I do.
