I never got into Taz. I was a Bugs Bunny fan. I used to always grab a carrot before I would watch the Saturday Bugs cartoons. your mom must have been very happy about that.

I've been called a rabbit on numerous occasions. My parents never had issues with me not eating my vegetables. More often, they had issues with the veggies disappearing before they could use them for dinner. My favorite foods were spinach, carrots, and orange juice. She certainly did like that!

No, I've never heard of him. Is a comedy writer then?
I am writing this incredibly long paper, but at least I am about halfway through it. OK, so it's not incredibly long, but we have to write 3 of them over the semester.

you know what sucks, when your boyfriend is visiting for a week and you get the flu and have a "super fever" and wake up in the middle of the night because your fever broke and you sweat through your pajamas. not that i would know from experience or anything.

But a broken fever is better than a fixed one.

Anyone seen any good shows lately? I saw Basia Bulat and Katie Stelmanis tonight and both very much impressed. Just felt the need to share.

Did you see Basia's song on that American Movie Channel commercial in February?
I don't have a TV but there's one at the gym. I was lifting weights --- very rare occasion --- and watching AMC and all of a sudden Basia comes on blaring behind all this Clint Eastwood / Charles Bronson footage. When she gets to "In the night...", the lyrics were splayed across the screen and it was beautiful.

I don't have a television either....I actually only watch tv at the gym as well, but by subtitles. It's good because I'll get really into watching an episode of some crime show and then stay for an extra half hour. Err...anyway, no, I didn't.
It really was a great show, though. So high energy and fun...and she had a cold! I don't know how she managed to sing so well.

I haven't seen that, either, but I'll have to seek it out somehow. I love Basia Balut. Unfortunately, the only time I see television is in passing from my room to the kitchen, and it's usually my roommate watching Law and Order. There's a really neat song in -- and I swear I'm not trying to be vague -- a commercial about China "falling in love with better healthcare." The commercial is definitely cute, but the song is both catchy and Chinese. It's sort of light and airy on the vocals ... ... does anyone know what I'm talking about?
