Though it wasn't in the price list, I'd be happy to hand over a copy of my favourite work of fiction to hear WDYTWHN or Cliquot at the Union Chapel gig in London this month. Ooh yes, Cliquot would be a good choice. And I'd like to hear Win and Regine. I shouted for it at the Cardiff gig but the curfew came down too soon and I guess it might have been tricky to do in the car park without loops!

Owen, not sure if you have been performing this one on your tour, but would love to hear Tryst With Mephistopheles ...the big showdonwn with Owen. Also, would really love to hear What Do You Think Will Happen Next. I am not sure if that one was written during the preparation of Heartland, or a track around the He Poos time, but live that song. Now dont make a big fuss, but if you can to What Do You Think on Feb 11, just say something like"Wanted to give a shout out to Dave and Wish him a Happy Birthday, thanks for being such an inspiration" or something like that. Cheers !

What do you think will happen now would of course require two voices, but Owen does have Thomas with him on tour at the moment, so anything's possible...

I'd love Dance Dance Dance by Lykke Li or Peach Plum Pear in Hamilton. Or any song by Joanna Newsom..

Do the original prices of songs still stand? If so, Owen, could you maybe play "Your Light is spent", "Took you two years to win my heart", or "That's when the audience died" I am willing to pay those original prices, and maybe give an extra bonus if I can come up with something clever (what size shoe do you wear? oh, this is for the dallas show by the way--I'm planning ahead P.S. do you know any bach inventions?

Dublin, March 18th: Oh Heartland, Up Yours! Red Sun No. 5 (if you have a live arrangement) Took You Two Years to Win My Heart (please & thank you (if no live arrangement exists I would instead ask for Song Song Song as most everything else I'd like to hear is cropping up on the current setlists)

I think some or all of those might require a considerable bribe.
The exchange table needs updating, methinks.

Two Years (and Audience Died from Buck's post) has (have both) cropped up on the current setlists so I'd say they're okay. As for the others, depends on said bribe. If it's anything like the Honour the Dead Or Else one...

I presume it's a thousand Canadian dollars. Or about tens euro at the minute.

Zing!
Though really, I love Canada. So much so I spent last summer in Montreal. I miss the aul looneys. And cheap booze, and awesome indie clubs. And sweet summer weather.

He just played Honour the Dead when I saw him in New York a month or so ago. I almost died. I hope he does it again. That violin part makes me want to turn inside out.

I'm very fond of Canada, of course. It has given us many fine works of entertainment, and Due South.
Bagged milk thing is still fucked up though.
