right now, I'm on a camp trip: GIRLS WILL BE GIRLS! along the lines of Die Mommie Die! and Psycho Beach Party - campy gay humor by drag queens. best quote: "I've had more children pulled out of me than a burning orphanage!" i've never seen this movie, but there is a poster for it in my bathroom. one of my roommates got it for free somewhere, and i'm pretty sure she hasn't seen it either. it looks like a winner though.

NOT Heathers. Why is that movie so hyped? It was horrid.

how can you NOT like heathers? it's hilarious... the first dark teen comedy, and still the best

"borat" looks like it will gain "napoleon dynamite" status eventually.
it will be funny the first few times, then everyone will quote/imitate him, and you'll wanna put a bullet in your eye.

i really really agree on the fabulousness of heathers. winona ryder is truly amazing. and christian slater, how he lights a cigarette off her hand. apparently they're making a sequel to it? it's gonna be so bad, the teenagers now are so much less cool than the heathers of the 80's...

my favorite moment in heathers is when heather McNamara (#3) fixes her hair in the holy water...
as for the sequel, there's been rumors of that off & on for years... apparently they're in talks again, but let's pray they die down again

I want to see "I shot andy warhol" is it good? it's pretty good... the guy playing andy is ok, but completely overshadowed by Lili Tomlin playing valerie solanis, as it should have been (since the film is really about her) & stephen dorff as candy darling... actually, i'm still amazed that dorff pulled off candy, as he's fairly masculine (and attractively so), yet his candy is pretty impressive... see it for that, at least
