So I saw a Songkick listing saying Owen is playing the Elbphilharmonie on 31st March 2021 and thought it must be a mistake, but there seem to be actual real tickets on sale from a legit site??? And it's listed on the Domino site too??? Now the ticket site says it’s cancelled - I guess the listing must’ve been a mistake! I was hoping they’d meant to put 2022!

Oh it would be a dream to see one of these shows live, but I'm from the US... Maybe if I start saving up. I always play the live performances on YouTube while I work and it's just wonderful to listen to.

I do miss shows, It’s coming up to too many years since I last saw Owen live. I’m living on off my collection of past shows which give me joy all these years later, but it’s not the real thing.

I've never gotten the chance to see Owen and now I'm chronically ill and can't travel, so I likely won't for a long while. it's made me really appreciate all the quarantine video performances artists have been doing!

That show, which was originally supposed to happen in 2020, has been rescheduled for 2022. The listing was an error, it was never scheduled for 2021  |

I don't know if anyone else is still lurking on this forum, but it looks like the Elbphilharmonie's been cancelled again! I guess that means the Paris show isn't happening either - luckily I hadn't booked flights yet in case there were more shows to be announced! Hopefully Owen will make it back to Europe in the not too distant future!

I guess that means the Paris show isn't happening either - luckily I hadn't booked flights yet in case there were more shows to be announced! Hopefully Owen will make it back to Europe in the not too distant future! I lurk, just in case something exciting happens. It's such a shame that we're all in semi limbo, but hopefully we'll all come out the other end. I expect I'll get over excited when I can get to another show. It'd been so long but I'm sure the wait will be worth it all. Who knows maybe you'll still have a Paris show. |

It looks like most other events at the Elbphilharmonie that month are going ahead, so I suspect Owen's probably not able to come to Europe because of all the travel uncertainty. The update on the ProArte site implied there'd been a tour planned which now wasn't happening (unless it was a poor translation!), so I thought Paris would've been cancelled at the same time but tickets are still on sale. Maybe it'll be rescheduled and more shows added at a later date! It feels like a very long time since I last saw you - hopefully Owen will make it over here again once things are a bit more normal! It'll definitely be worth the wait I'm sure! |

Hi guys! The entire European leg has been canned. My booking agent was trepidatious about it, certain promoters were strongly urging postponement, and I myself was dreading the possibility of exposing myself or others to infection, and/or travelling around at this time. I get stressed out even travelling to Montreal. I'll tour Europe again when COVID is a distant memory, not a continuing looming threat. I'm doing fine though! Lots of arrangement work, scoring work, it's winter here so I'm playing video games and making lots of soup. Hope you guys are doing fine also |

There were a handful of other shows on the dock besides Paris and Hamburg, but COVID had all of us going "uh guys is this even happening? what", so we were dithering about announcing and so forth, and so we just shelved it. I'm frankly super-bummed out about it but it's a good decision.
