the remasters are fabulous! such a delicate touch of clarity throughout

the "maybe not" climax of He Poos Clouds title track gave me chills

reminded me of my first listen to a CD-R of the leak (don't kill me) driving from Olympia WA to Seattle to visit a boy

i'm very much looking forward to having a listenable vinyl of HPC ;-D

Listening to Poos at long last and it's unreal. Like hearing it in 3D for the first time.

Thanks SO MUCH for including Bandcamp in the release regimen, it's so often left out but it's the only storefront I like buying from. Was considering waiting until the vinyl releases to purchase but I'll probably just buy now and then give away the code that comes with the vinyl later... who knows.

Very excited to hear new things in songs I've listened to so many times before <3

EDIT: If the EP reissue is Spectrum and Plays to Please, will Young Canadian Mothers be left in the dust?!

synth (?) bloops and prickly ambiance in The Arctic Circle
vocals in He Poos Clouds feel so clear and close!
spooky part of If I Were a Carp is extra spooky
"If I do it with an ice pick..." WOW that violin!

I would also buy the fuck out of that shirt, no question, but I just tried to imagine where (in rural Iowa) I could wear it. Roll up to the local Wal-Mart really making a statement, I guess?

Also per Owen's last Facebook post, it's super exciting that even rarities will be re-printed on vinyl. If I'm understanding correctly, I'm hoping for the chance to finally own Young Canadian Mothers and Alphabet Series X (hey dad/WDYTWHN).

It's really amazing listening to the remasters, it's like restoring an old painting or seeing something faded in its original color for the first time. Loving the new experience.
