I found it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYd9eIZR720It's alright - maybe not as good as some of Orange's previous ads. Great landscape shots - apparently it was filmed in Spain. Shame about the talking over the second half. The music, however, fits extremely well. I wonder if the people who bought Jose Gonzalez's album after seeing the Sony ad will check out Owen's album based on this.

WOW, thank you! Hhhmm not keen on the talking either..it's a bit too much. Would have worked with only half of the words spoken as well. I really hope they will check him out - I would. I know I said I'm not sure if people will care at all, but after seeing this...it would work for me if I wouldn't know him already.

I mean, none of us are going to stop loving FF just because it's on a commercial now, right? That's just all part of the masterplan. Pretend your not going to do something your really going to do and then say it was someone else's fault. The "real" fan is fooled and you just sit back an rake in the cash. Discuss

somewhat related... i was house managing a theatre today in a festival in Toronto when i walked in to clear the theatre as the show finished and heard "Please Please Please" playing. it was the closing music to the play.

My cut of the money is going to Doctors Without Borders. Tomlab are likely giving their cut away as well. I hope everybody is satisfied with this arrangement.
I'm in Lisbon right now and it's beautiful. We just played a crazy McDonald's sponsored festival with a pile of Portuguese hiphop bands and Jose Gonzales.
Somebody on this message board said "Say No to Sudoeste!" and I didn't listen. Sorry, I should've said something. But that festival was the only way I could get my flights paid for to play Haldern and Brest.
Blah blah blah money money music music blah blah blah.

I think that's a wonderful solution, really! May I ask how you liked Haldern ? I watched the live webcast and..you were great but I what the heck was wrong with the audience. I mean, AC/DC? xxx Ariane

Noble, no not really, it's a small plastic bandaid on a massive flesh wound sellout.

Noble, no not really, it's a small plastic bandaid on a massive flesh wound sellout. I still don't think it was a sellout Owen not at all......I just feel dead proud of ya everytime I see/hear the advert But you donating your share of the profits is a lovely gesture and it's good to see such a worthwhile cause benefitting from it www.doctorswithoutborders.org/aboutus/index.cfmLove on ya Spidey =^..^=

Noble, no not really, it's a small plastic bandaid on a massive flesh wound sellout. I got a better idea. Make a statement to Orange that you're doing this and ask them to match or double the amount for Charity as well. i'm sure they can afford it. want me to do it ?

According to amazon.co.uk, HAGH is currently selling more than HPC - possible impact of the ad? (current sales rank of HAGH: #902, and of HPC: #2493) It's not a sell-out, shut up Owen. Nice choice of Doctors Without Borders though.

It's lovely you're giving the money to charity. I'm not annoyed so much because of how it's on an Orange advert, but how no-one actually waited for your decision about whether or not to use the music. That's just awful.
