I know this is/was a limited edition 7"... but nonetheless, I was wondering if either a physical or digital copy of it is available for purchase anywhere anymore?

I don't think any retail site would have it, but you could check discogs.com. Just make an account and add it to your wishlist, you'll get an email when someone is trying to sell it.
That's how I got my copy, anyway.
