I originally got the free download from here: www.dominorecordco.com/freelewis/For some reason, the song disappeared from my computer (after restoring a backup) and now the download isn't working! Does anybody know where I can find it? I loved the song.

Funny, I literally tried to re-download that song yesterday from that website, and now I'm in the exact same position, so I would also appreciate a download link, if there is one.
It's actually one of my favorite Owen songs, despite being (his only?) instrumental. So atmospheric.

Also, I just find out via Alpentine that there were apparently scrapped lyrics to it. Shame he couldn't get that to work, I'm pretty curious about what the vocals would have sounded like.
By the way, why does Owen never write instrumentals (aside from the ones on Export, I guess, but I'm assuming those would have been given lyrics eventually)? I mean, I'm certainly not complaining, as I love his voice to death, but his style of music seems conducive to one every now and then, yet even his "interlude" songs have lyrics.

I ripped it from my vinyl a while ago, so can send it to anyone that wants it. Maybe send me a PM and I'll upload it somewhere and send a link over?

What's the quality like? I have an mp3 ripped from vinyl, but there is an undesirable electronic humming in the background the whole time. If it's an upgrade I'll take it! Though I do wish there was a way to just get the official mp3. I wonder if Owen has it anywhere on a computer or something..
EDIT: The song disappeared from my computer recently too..... Is this a coincidence?

I had a comment that was tossed down the memory hole by a modbot, but it basically was just to point out for those desiring an answer to the question posed by the OP that the best place to find A Watery Day is Secret City Records Co.'s new Deluxe Edition of Heartland. An excellent, generous and noble release all-round.
And also, I wondered in writing (for anyone in the know) whether the Tomlab X songs "Hey Dad" and "What Do You Think..." will ever get this treatment.
I for one would love to see a compilation of all of the many many Final Fantasy obscurities...
