Hey everyone - I recently joined the forum and have just been lurking so far. I only discovered Owen Pallett's music a few months ago and since then I haven't listened to much else! Having studied music and conducting for a while, I really love collecting and reading orchestral scores, and I was very sad when I discovered that there was a limited edition orchestral score book for Heartland which had already sold out. However, the other day I was looking through the store, and I noticed that the score book was no longer sold out! I immediately ordered it, but I didn't really want to get my hopes up. I figured the page still said "limited edition of 300" so it was probably a mistake and they would notify me as such. But I just received an email saying, "Your Score Book went out on Monday from our Montreal warehouse using USPS First-Class Mail, which should take approximately 10-15 days." I'm so happy! Just wanted to let all of you know that, if you missed out the first time, you might have another chance!

Wasn't it a limited edition of 100 at first? They must've reprinted or something. Congratulations! Welcome, welcome.

I read limited to 300. I bought mine a couple months ago as well. perhaps they found a few copies lying around. I remember passing it up when I saw Owen in DC because I didn't bring enough money with me. Now the site lists it as "SOLD OUT" though.

Hmm, it shouldn't actually read "SOLD OUT" because they aren't. They are actually "OUT OF STOCK". We have some more, not a tonne more, but some, and they'll be available soon.
Again: apologies for the expensive shipping costs. They are heavy books!

Has anyone else seen this little twitter convo? stevenlamphear@owenpallett I just found out about/ordered the Heartland score book...I CAN'T WAIT! Is there any chance you'll do one for He Poos Clouds? owenpallettstevenlamphear Yes, I'm working on it right now. It's gonna be slimmer (and cheaper) and will include a CD of the instrumentals.

Obaaaa!! I can't believe it. I'll line them side by side with my quartets and see how much of an influence it really was to me. Muahaha
P.S.: Do you guys think there's any chance I can order the Heartland one to deliver in Brazil?
