It's the same thing as "rock (music)," just more "punk," I guess, I've seen scenesters spell it that way a lot; luckily, it was not just used in that context.

I thought the venue was fine myself, I never tend to notice them once Owen hits the stage, and he loved it! I usually try to locate venues that are easily accessible and have top knotch PA systems.
As for Next Life, they were the band brought along with Owen, I didn't really have nay say in the choice of supports this time around, and am glad too - as I would never have seen these guys live otherwise, and I thought it was a wonderful juxtaposition of two genres, as those guys were so tight! Incredible live, just like Owen!

Totally agree. The venue was fine, the sound was very good and for people travelling it was very accessible.
