I guess I'm still holding out for a Sasquatch date + portland side show. Owen, if you're reading this: you should play a show in portland with the portland cello project, because that would be the best thing ever to happen to the world. There is no way he'll be playing at Sasquatch, since he is playing in the PNW earlier that month. He's playing an all ages in Portland on May 11th, can you not go to that?

I really enjoyed watching Owen perform at Coachella. Does anyone happen to have a setlist of what he played? I know one of the songs was "Keep the Dog Quiet". Thanks. KD

I wrote that long before the full US tour was announced! I mean, even if you look at the date on the top, I wrote that in January.
Also, yeah, I've already got a ticket to the portland show.

I did, I did, it qas quite good, Here's the setlist, if I remember well.
1) This is the Dream of Win and Regine 2) That's When the Audience Died. 3) Midnight Directives 4) Keep the Dog Quiet + Mt. Alpentine 5) Lewis Takes Action 6) The CN Tower Belongs to the Dead 7) The Great Elsewhere 8) Many Lives > 49 MP 9) Lewis Takes Off His Shirt
I am not totally sure of the order though.

Thanks for that! I really like the songs that he played from Heartland. The outdoors, beautiful scenery, sunshine [though that seemed to play havoc on the tuning of his violin] made the set that much more memorable.

This is the setlist from an audio recording (although it is missing the opening so I'm assuming first 2 songs are correct). Not found a video copy yet, but I'll post a link to the audio file soonish

Ahh, How could I forget Flare Gun +The Butcher? Thanks Jules for correcting my mistakes. it's an easy thing to do.. in fact something I managed myself just a couple of weeks ago and at least you get the song titles right. Phew and just noticed my numerical error in the list I posted and corrected before the grammar police arrive

Just read the bitchpork review, whoever it was described Owen's as "possibly my favorite performance of the weekend." Considering the number of pitchfork favourites on the line-up, this is quite an achievement, well done OP!
