Not that I'd ever advocate such a thing, but Whelans aren't terribly fussy or observant in that regard. Do you look very 17?

I'm confused! On March 23rd Owen will be in Belgium...but here it says that he will be a "guest-DJ" - in munich www.candyclub.de/index.php  I guess it's a typo and they mean Mar 13th...Owen is in dachau, which is close to munich...and maybe he's DJing after the Concert  |

In my pre-18 years I was refused a few times from Whelan's. I'd risk it if I were you, you'll easily be able to flog it outside if you're refused. Just look relaxed and confident when you're walking in and there's a good chance you'll make it. Not that I'd ever advocate such a thing, of course.
PS. If you're a dude, grow a beard. It helps.

The beard thing is true. I went to a show where people at the entrance were stamping blacks marks on people that were underage. Even if I was only 16 (and still am), they didn't stamp me, but they stamped my friend. so, yes, grow a beard.

beards, make up and cleavage  and if you dress funny like i do, avoid that one. i've had fewer problems when putting on the average 20 year old's uniform around here. |

At a previous Final Fantasy show in Whelans, I got quite drunk beforehand and handed in a random ticketmaster receipt, rather than my actual ticket. They took it. So yeah, wouldn't be too worried.
Have a back-up plan like, but give it a shot.

Oh goodness the 18th March date sold out before my friend could buy one and I will now more than likely have to go by myself...
Does anyone know how lenient Ticketmaster are with swapping days etc.?
