yah.. no stars means you're special
For the regulars, the more you post the more stars you get. Like in Sunday School.

Sunday school. bah. yeah, lets impose a certain religion on our kids at a very early age so that by the time they are old enough to pick a religion for themselves or lack of one they are too brainwashed to pick anything else. children shouldnt go to church until theyre like at least 16.

when i turned 16 i had the choice to go to church or not. i always thought my parents ruled for actually showing they cared about what kind of a person i would be. plus, i also think that sunday school is the best form of "brainwashing" ever, better even then tv if you can beleive that. why anyone would be upset at this type of brainwashing is beyond me. if "brainwashing" actually worked in such subtle forms i think the instilled "love all" mentality of the churched religion would be something posotive anyways.

no no, i dont disagree with the loving people part of sunday school. but trying to instill a particular religion into a child at an early age so theyre often stuck with it the rest of their lives isnt really fair. but sunday school can teach very good values. just leave the religion part out.

alright all you punk-rock-tear-down-the-system mofos.. sunday school is not a brainwashing program.. like Noisy said... if it was, everyone put thru it, they'd be all loving etc.. if you don't agree with it.. don't put your kids through it. It's an alternative to kids being in the main church sermon.. the sermon would be too hard a lot of the time to understand, and most kids don't have the attention span.. so they are taught universal morals and values expressed through bible stories. Then the kids usually are given an activity to do that involves singing and arts & crafts. What's wrong with this? I don't think it's necessary.. but not harmfull.. and not made to brainwash.... if you're gunna bitch.. advertising is the real enemy..
"Don't be a Jack-ass School"... Maybe Jonnyransome could've benefited from such a school.
I think most people know nothing about the church and just talk out their asses about it. "Yeah man.. it's a corporation and i hate corporations.. they brainwash..etc etc" too much verbal diareah. say something with some substance if you comment about something that has importance..
This belongs in the Religion section yall
