apparently it just aired yesterday on KEXP? I noticed that Avi Buffalo was added on the KEXP's On Demand thing a couple of days ago, but no Owen yet :/

I was very late to the Arthur party, but even so, 'This Is How We Walk On The Moon' managed to arrive at a typically critical moment (The small hours of my 21st to be precise). I'm really, really looking forward to it. |

Long time no talk guys. I was wondering what you all think of this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ql8jG9OoSTM , For those who don't know Troye is an actor/singer/youtuber who recently signed a record deal. I know what he says is kind of generic, and clearly you can see sometimes that he's working that 13-17 y/old demographic, but something speaks to me about him that he's actually trying to be real and true going forward into his career. And I feel like you don't see that a lot in these young pop stars. And as a young queer that seems really important to me, being able to preserve your true identity in this whacky world. Especially in Troye's case walking into this world that Owen often describes as super heterosexual and male. Besides being super cute and having a great voice, I think he's doing his thing in a not so bad way. You guys are a pretty smart and sophisticated bunch, so what do you think? |
