For the Halifax show on October 23rd: This Lamb Sells Condos The Butcher Jars Of Lars Lewis Takes Off His Shirt
Any of those would be absolutely amazing, plus whatever else you play. I'm so excited. I have seats in the 4th row. ;D

(again, probably way late, but I booked tickets spontaneously yesterday. also, midnight directives on Field Day was great ) For the Way Out West concert, could you play Dance Dance Dance please? I hate this festival for putting Final Fantasy and Deerhunter on top of each other (or it'll probably crash somewhat anyway). I don't know what to do I also hate that Final Fantasy and Deerhunter are about 3 kilometers apart. Gonna have to run that and hope for the best...

Hello. I'm sure this is no longer looked at but I would love it if you played your cover of This Modern Love or Interview in Calgary this month. For originals, Do You Love, That's How The Audience Died and the Hey Dad+CN Tower one-two would be so appreciated. Also, please don't tease us with the vocal samples on the keyboard. I NEED to hear that in action.

OWEN.
I know you can do The Donor at Edmonton in McDougall United Church.
Imagine how sweet "KYRIE ELEISON" would sound echoing throughout the pews!

Turns out I can make it to Rifflandia -- excited me. I'm mostly excited for new stuff, but if you could do "Cliquot" (that song you did with Beirut), it'd be wonderful.

Not sure if you'll check this in time, but if you could play any of the following in Edmonton on Sunday, that would be awesome:
Please Please Please An Arrow in the Side of Final Fantasy What do you Think will Happen Next?

Ah...as the date for the Halifax gig approaches, I would like to make an electronic plea for "Song Song Song".
This song helped to inspire my current photographic series (work in progress). Owen you make an awesome muse!

Ah so I'm packing my bags. Off this rock I go! In a bit more than two week from now I'll be in Portland Oregon at the Wonder Ballroom. I don't know if I'll get to a computer before then, so.. I guess that means I get to make my first actual song-a-request?! So Owen, by November 11th you'll be well in you tour with the Mountain Goats. My obvious first request is... Play a song with John! I don't know if you were intending on playing during the Mountain Goats sets, but, please do. And also, I don't know how else to request it but through you. It would kill me, just kill me, if you got john to play the Wcrk Spgt song "Francis Mitterrand". I think he's played it live before, being he did write the guitar for it... (the song can be heard here) it couldn't hurt to ask? ..so I guess I've used up all of my request and haven't even gotten to any actual Final Fantasy set songs... but Thats When the Audience Died, Simon bookish, or Les Mouches would be incredible!

I don't know about specific songs, but I would fall over if you threw some Bach in at the Boston...if you were playing piano, I would suggest the C minor Fugue from the Well Tempered Klavier...but there's only so much one man can do with a violin and a loop pedal, neh?
Howabout this: play things that you want to play. I like that idea.

I'm really sorry for the double post / bump, and I know it's late, but a friend of mine really wants This Lamb Sells Condos. If that's at all possible, he'd be ecstatic and I'd be pleased.
