This here video claims to be by Steph herself. I can't think why anyone would want to fake that, but... is it the, y'know, official unofficial video or what?

The actors in the video are Cece and Sasha. I don't know Cece very well (and that's probably not how you spell her name) but Sasha is a 19-year old who helps out at Blocks and plays Velvet Underground on the ukelele.
I'm glad you like the video! I'm thrilled about it myself. Steph will be making more videos for more songs off of He Poos Clouds. She would've got to it earlier but we've been so busy with touring etc.
