I read this over on BowieWonderWorld.com last night.....

a user from the velvetgoldmine.it forum (italian fansite) posted today that the boss of Tomlab (www.tomlab.com) said to him that violinist Owen Pallett (known as 'Final Fantasy' and collaborator/shift worker of Arcade Fire) will take care of strings arrangement of the new David Bowie album!!

If it's true, I think it's FANTASTIC news
