GREAT show! It's so good when you leave a concert with that feeling that it was a REALLY good concert... It made me realise how boring the John Cale show that I went to some weeks ago was. He played the Mariah Carey song and did the version of the Block Party song, which is MUCH better then the original one. And the "CN towers" live is like... mind blowing! I had to leave before the end of the show to catch the freaking last train, missed 3 songs.  |

it was great! and so intimate wasn´t it? it was my first time at zdb ^_^ ah Pedro if you were the one that left with the two girls to catch the train..owen said it was to bad you guys had to leave because you were kind of cute  Owen was lovely! it was nice meeting him after the show, ahh and i love "if i were a carp" ...i´m the one that asked for it but said the name wrong =x anyway..he told me he would be back in june ;D can´t wait! |

It was good!
It wasn't quite "MAGIC!!". But me and Philipp were super tired, and it was the sound man's first time doing live sound. We had taken the bus from Vigo so we were sleepy. So everything considered, how could we complain?
We had fantastic food for dinner and Sergio and Nelson were great dudes. And the crowd was lovely. I think I'm going to come back to Lisbon at the end of next tour and stay for a while.
I had heard from my old roommate Lisa that Portugal was filled with ugly men. This was obviously not the case.

My sister thinks she know him from somewhere, she lived in Canada and went to all that indie canadian bands concerts, but she use to be really drunk most of the time, so she can't remember for sure. i still find it so hard to tell apart people i've only met once, let alone while intoxicated. especially also when all indie boys look the same nowadays.. pedro, it's me, ana!!! and, as a sidenote, no need to tell the whole virtual world that i am a raging alcoholic. heh  hey, ''if i were a car'' man. hehe. whatup! and owen, i really really liked the show. i was very impressed. that's a shame you couldn't enjoy it more due to being tired and whatnot. here's to hoping you will come back and fill our little hearts with joy next summer! |

It was good! It wasn't quite "MAGIC!!". hahaha yah it was actually quite tense in the begining (my pal <3 that was with me even became a little perturbed..) and there was a time where i sensed this agressive atmosphere..- someone from the public - "liar" -owen - "err..yah..i´m a..liarr.." ....but it just made things more interesting and real and err lovely! i guess (shrug).. i know i loved it! i loved sitting crossed legged in that aquarium small room right in front of the stage and inhaling the songs and everything that went on in between! thanks Owen! you were great! thanks for your sketches! and for being so human! <3 just feel sorry me and my pal (thanks for coming with me!*) had to leave so soon after the show, but we still had to drive for 2-3 hours and i had an oral exame the next morning that was going to determine if i was going to pass grade...  and i did...somehow...so it just goes to show that its worth taking risks well, hope to see yah in june or whenever you come back to "fill our little hearts with joy" like Ana nicely said.. ah...and drag that Lisa along cause obviously she must have been to the wrong places..or not and just send her a postcard..ahh again..."Many Lives -> 49 MP" and "if i were a carp" are breathtaking and i really liked hearing you play "good mother" (sigh) ...<3 <3 <3 * |
