Wow!!! It was such a great show!!! He played quite a long set and the audience was quite enthousiastic about him! He's quite a joker and very interractive! I'm used to going to gigs in the AB-club, and I really must say this was a very high quality gig! And it was uplifting to see how happy he seemed to be and how he enjoyed playing, laughing about he's mistakes. And if you'd wonder what the audience thinks of those (I'm adressing to Owen now), these little "kwaks" are part of a live performance, it gives it a little bit more charm... and we were very charmed tonight ;D ha ha! I won't tell you all the songs he played (some old ones, some new, some covers and some even older songs from the time where Owen was an insect ) He's also very "available", well he was tonight, signing autographs and doing a little chat! It all was mostly appreciated! I took some pictures with my good old camera, but with a not very sensitive film: dunno if there'll be anything good to post. Ok, gotta go to sleep now: I'm leaving for London early in the morning to go and see Patrick Wolf's Halloween Samhain Spooktacular...

Yeah, the gig was really awesome. I haven't laughed as much at a concert for ages. Especially loved the more weird/dark songs. "Hey dad!" was also cool, "What do you think..." too. "Peach Plum Pear" was marvellous. Oh and "We like Bloc Party" (dixit a friend of mine). Bobby Sandal was cool too. Never thought he would be so intriging. Owen, please come back soon (and bring tourposters - I was so dissapointed there weren't any. Oh, and also bring bigger t-shirts , or release that killer album we're all waiting for.

ok, so here they are, the pictures I took in Brussels... that is, those exposed enough for anyone to see something on them Sorry they seem so small, but they got resized when uploaded on photobucket. wonderful pictures, make me wish it was that night again.

New gigs confirmed in Belgium would be great, because opening up for 20 minutes or so instead of a full gig would be quite depressing for people who detest that overhyped "An Pierlé:Tori Amos::Tori Amos : Kate Bush" cow you're opening up for...
