Weird and disappointing. I will ask Stuart Duncan for confirmation.

on this subject, owen, if you do a US tour, be sure to do as little 21+ as posible. for example, almost all of the 21+ crowds dont move an inch, speak a word, or show the slightest bit of emotion/enjoyment during shows.

Hey...just caught your show in Kingston, Ont... and man...you do great things. kudos...it's refreshing to actually hear a real musician in Kingston for once...as you may have noticed...the crowd was speechless the entire time you played. I also bought your CD...which I have been unable to stop listening to...honestly...kudos

I'm 18, and the all ages shows have always been better than the 18+ shows. It always seems like teenagers are more into the music and less concerned about looking cool.

are you kidding me. i went to a unicorns show that was 19+, and one that was all ages, and same with xiu xiu. both all ages were full of little freaks, be it goths or hipsters or weird scary objects, and everyones constantly looking around, and its a fucking joke. at 19+ shows everyone blends in more and is just there to see the music, or at least get shitfaced

Let's feast on the blood of the underaged. Down with children. In fact, let's up the age. The show at the Trash is now 40+.

seattle is full of uptight hipsters, ive been to 5-6 shows up there any everyone will do barely as much as clap for the songs. but down below in portland oregon, we dance it up and dont give a fuck if we're cool or not (all ages that is). the 21+ shows, which i have been forced to sneak/weasel my way into, are always shitty and everyone just gets drunk and talks during sets. and i cant say anything because it'll attract attention to my underage self, further resulting in the venue/bar to be shut down! and thats just mean.
moral of the story: i dont give a fuck what your age limits are, as long as i get to see/meet/hear owen.
