Rob and I are working together on some new recordings, I hope. We're both pretty flaky gents, and have trouble getting that stuff together.
Matt had a song, "Winter Is Dead Time" that we recorded at the same time as "1000 Christians". I'll have to talk to him about posting it. I think we all agreed it was the best song from those sessions. It's slow and has good lyrics. Well, I thought so anyway. It goes: "Fat girl as my reflection! A pear so secretly hates an apple. Drill a hole in wall, through to shower stall, make your glory hole, but be sensitive of your foe."
There was also "Tastes Like Homo", which Matt already recorded; a superlative bedroom version from about three years ago.
Matt was working on two other songs called "Koyyanasqatsi" and "The Constant Sinkhole". The former wasn't very good (in my opinion) and the second song, which was fantastic, has been recorded by John Wayner, I think. Or maybe Matt forgot about it.
Other than that, I had a handful of Les Mouches songs which may resurface as Tenderizer or Final Fantasy songs.
These include "Jars Of Lars", "Real Executive", "Similac", "Ain't Got No Heart" and "Hey, Dad!".
As for actual live tracks, well, maybe when we have nothing to do. Right now I'm busy. See?
