Owen and Patrick played a Wavelength show together in Toronto last April or so. I'm pretty sure there's no case of copycatness. I think they like eachother with mutual enthusiasm.
Now I must eat a sandwich.

Patrick Wolf is a good buddy but our music has nothing in common.
His least favourite band of all time is my favourite band, and vice versa.
(U.S. Maple is mine, Meredith Monk is his.)
And if we look alike it's just because we're both Brits and blonde. But he has better skin and a laptop.

by the way, Patrick Wolf isn't Irish. Not all Patricks are Irish. He's actually British.
