haha. i'm a vegetarian too and all i eat on thanksgiving is like yams and carrots and mashed potatoes. i tried a tofurky once, but i couldn't get over the shape/texture of it. i usually like tofu, but tofurky is just weird.

im a vegetarian too but i don't celebrate thanksgiving so i had a handfull of fritos and some water.
ps. ghzgzdf, if you think you're going to miss eating meat a lot and it might be hard, get loads and loads of fake meat of all kinds. and make sure to get enough protien from other sources. and see it as a test of your will power or like a goal so you're not tempted as much.

I've forgotten what turkey tastes like, so it tastes fine to me.
It's shaped like a football, Emily! How is that weird? It's a turkey without limbs. And the texture just seems like meat to me?
We glaze it with olive oil and soy sauce when we cook it and surround it with carrots and broccoli. And I made mashed potatoes with soy milk and vegan margarine. And my boyfriend made stuffing from scratch. And the tofurkey comes with vegan gravy. It was fucking great. I want it again right now.
