ok this is a really stupid question, but what is the xiu xiu hotline? ive been obsessed w/ xiu xiu and jamie stewart for a while now, and i check their blog like 3 times a day, but i had never tried the hotline.
so anyways, i called it today and it rang and then the machine lady said something about reaching the "xiu xiu hotline"(<--jamie's voice) and then that the message box was full. does that mean that it cant play the answering machine if its full? wait, is it an answering machine?

It's an answering machine that jamie used to leave messages (usually themed) on for all of us obsessive fans to listen to. It hasn't been used much since the last tour ended

It took me months to build up the confidence (+ money,i am int hte UK} to even phone it. And by the timeI did, it was dead . Boo.
