i think we should have a closed, stickied thread with xiu xiu news. so we can compile everything thats going on. its not that most information, if not all is here, its just that it would be nice to have one thread that we could all look at first to see if anythings happened (myspace, official, magazines etc) . if no one else wants to do it, i will.
good idea?
(ps: i don't mean to highjack your thread. your post just made me think about this)

and i like the news thread idea... i'd have to edit it down occasionally when stuff gets old, but yeah, if anyone is willing to compile some stuff, i'll totally make it sticky
on a completely unrelated note, i played "i broke up" for a group of students today because they wanted to know about my favorite band...

they thought it was noisy and weird, and then jamie started the "don't fuck with me" line, and they all started laughing nervously... when i told them i have a tattoo, they didn't know how to respond... awkward silence = fabulous
