Every face I see is mauled and disfigured, and all their eyes are on me.
Sometimes I can't muster up the will to catch that last breath of air before the stone and steel sky crashes down on my chest.
The only thing that keeps me going is Xiu Xiu. There's something about the desperation, yet contentment, in jamie's voice that comforts me.
I don't mean to whine on a public forum, but there's a purpose to all of this.
I'm going to be getting a Xiu Xiu tattoo soon, and I'm trying to come up with something. I am wondering if you guys have any suggestions for something that symbolizes the band's music, as a whole.
(by the way, I'm not new here. I've been on and off the boards for a few years. I don't remember my old login information).
And if Jamie reads this: Thank you. I can say with certainty that had it not been for your music, I would not be alive today.

I like the thought of a little tattoo on your hipbones in small dark italics (barely readable) that read
'What would it be
If you knew you were saving my soul'
and you'd have to squint to read it
just a silent little testament to Jamie and such
a little too romantic?
