I couldn't imagine any band playing a huge venue. I prefer to be packed in by 4 small walls with 100-500 other people.

i mentioned it because nine inch nails was pretty much the only band i listened to in my teenage years besides tori amos and marilyn manson.

how cool would it be if nine inch nails took xiu xiu on tour with them. stranger things have happened (they had death from above <rip> open for them a while back). the air force really is the most accessible album they have put out so far and im sure if given the chance it could really open their fan base. plus it would be awesome to be able to buy xiu xiu albums easily. hmv is the only store in town able to order and it takes Forever (months).

on the spiral. the nine inch nails message board. they had a thread that was something like "who should open for nine inch nails?"

a hand full of people said xiu xiu.

and now they're saying it here.
