no, it's not, but flirting (or having personal conversations, if you deny the flirtations) excessively in multiple threads is pretty close
if you have something to say to everyone (ie: the "new dates" comment), then a public message board is the perfect place to say something; if you have something to say to someone in specific, a private message is much more effective, and it will prevent having to defend yourself when other people bitch about it
