i remember seeing the trailer for hard candy and thinking it looked worth seeing, but what did you think, john?
and about my obssessions...
my very first would have to have been the smashing pumpkins, in particular billy corgan, who i had a dream about when i was seventeen that completely broke my heart.
then the biggest is xiu xiu, in particular jamie stewart, who i again had several dreams about that broke my heart.
yes it seems to be a trend with me.
and to a lesser extent morrissey, for whom i haven't reached a sufficient level of obsession for to have tragic dreams about, yet.

when i went to see hard candy, i had heard that it was the american remake of audition... fortunately, it's far different... i suggest it, unless you're squeamish... then i really suggest it

Smashing pumpkins seems to be a trend in these parts.

a young girl who meets an internet predator online, but when she gets to his house, she tears the shit out of him... i don't want to give anything else, so i can't say much... but there's a goldfrapp reference that's pretty funny that's hawtt.

for me, it's a toss up between: the smiths, or jim yoshii pile-up.
