Have you ever had the misfortune of seeing them live? Sure to kill off any enthusiasm. At least on the tour from last year after they'd toured themselves to boredome. The CD's are interesting and all, but live, it's just like Playback or something. Everything is so incredibly orchestrated and posed and trained and predictable it makes you wanna not listen to them anymore.
After the show the bass player dude "Chuck D" or what ever his name is was DJ-ing at some emo kid club, and hundreds of people gathered around to take photos of him with their mobile phone cameras instead of dancing. He did play Kraftwerk though.

i thought "save me" sounded like Interpol at first. exactly. i'm gonna tag it as interpol-save me save me and give it to a friend that likes interpol and say that its a new song. he will suck it. i know. |
