I do tech support for microsoft. one time i had a customer who started throwing her computer out the window while we were talking.
i was like " well ... i guess we are done here ... "

i do tech support for my section of the company i work for which repairs refurbished dells. you wouldnt believe these people. one guy who i was having reseat his proc left the phone 5 times to wash the compound off of his hands. yesterday i had a man call me to ask "which color hole do i put my speakers in on the back of my computer?" READ THE MANUAL HOLY SHIT
