ive always done this with other bands, so i decided to finally make a xiu xiu mix in the same fashion. the rule is the songs can be from any of their cds, but in the mix they must remain in their correct track number from the original album.
mine:
1. i am the center of your world (chapel)
2. muppet face (la foret)
3. luber (knife play)
4. 20,000 deaths (a promise)
5. ceremony (chapel)
6. brooklyn dodgers (fag patrol)
7. rose of sharon (la foret)
8. nieces pieces (fab muscles)
9. poe poe (knife play)
10. helsabot (life and live)
11. tonite and today (knife play)

This stuff is quite hard to do, but I think figuring out a "greatest hits" CD for Xiu Xiu would be interesting.

i only really learned to love pink city after hearing the two tracks on 'eat death orphans.' it's fun to sing/mumble along.
if i made a tracklist it would probably be all the songs with proper names, or something more like that. maybe seperating acoustic songs and electronic songs to contrast and compare.
i couldn't do the numbers thing, it would drive me crazy.
