althought it doesnt have to do with xiu xiu another memorable moment from the show i saw was shaking carey mercer's hand after he peed.

I've seen Xiu Xiu 5 times, and each time I got a huge thrill out of hearing my favorite songs: Suha, Jennifer Lopez, Apistat Commander, I Broke Up, Brian The Vampire, Sad Pony Guerilla Girl, and Hives Hives. The moment that sticks in my head the most, though, is Caralee singing Helsabot in an Austin dance rehearsal space while the sky lit up with lightning. She gave me goose bumps....

probably summer of 2004 at the st louis show in lemp arts, it was really hot and packed, really intense show.
