stupid question i know .. but is this sold out completely? was it available at the most recent shows? does anyne have an extra they'd sell me at a reasonable price? doh.

I don't think its sold out with the mail order. I just got mine yesterday, and usually when they run low on things someone ends up posting it over in here, so you've got a good bet sending away for it.
