Videotaping shows

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if Jamie's ever stated his opinion on taping shows? A friend and I were thinking of videotaping one of the xiu xiu shows so we could edit it together and make a DVD (not to sell, just something to keep to ourselves and remember the show with), and I noticed some xiu xiu shows are up on archive.org, but I guess that's not the same as videotaping. Does anyone know if he'd be ok with it? Thanks in advance.

as i understand it, as long as the quality of the video and audio is good, and you promise not to sell it, it's ok.
