On eBay right now is a tour-only Xiu Xiu CD entitled "Thanks Japan!" Does anyone have any information about what's on it, what it's like, etc? Is it live tracks? One-off studio recordings? I'd never heard of it before, and the seller is not very helpful in his descriptions.

If anyone here is thinking about bidding on this, I would keep this in mind:
Dr. Stangelove has been looking for and really would like a copy of this album. I'm sure he will be bidding (possibly a lot) on this copy. I think it'd be a nice gesture to not try to bid him up because of all the work he does here on the forum.
Just something to think about.

i got my first press LP of Knife Play and the this song is a mess split from this guy. we both post on the same message board and he's swell guy. I know he has a copy of the Bunkbed split that he'd be willing to part with that he hasn't put on ebay.
