Meeting the band

Might be a stupid question, but has anyone here met Jamie or the rest of the band after gigs and such? I wonder if they're the sort who would hang out and chat to fans after their shows.

jamie has signed cds after shows the 4 times i've seen xiuxiu. i think it just depends on the venue and if there is time after he's done playing or if the place is closing/has a curfew.

To know xiu xiu is to know them after the shows. I often travel to my brothers shows soley to participate in the after show antics. It usually starts with the average drinking/ drug binges, groupie abuse, and theft of any of the club property we can get our hands on! We then like to get as much money out of the fans as we can by selling cd's that are shrink wrapped but nothing inside!( ha!, that ones the best!) After we get kicked out for urinating in the corners of the clubs, we try to find a fan that we can swildle into taking us back to his/her place. We drug them, steal their clothes to sell on eBAY, and then perform our santeria rituals in their bathtubs! Great fun I tell ya'! So come by a show sometime and say hi and we will give you a bit of our special hospitality.

P.S. Jk and Jamie is a super nice swell fellow!

i've chatted with both jamie and caralee at numerous shows, and they've always seemed positive to new people introducing themselves

I met Jamie tonight and took my picture with him.
He was really nice and asked if we had met before, because I looked really familiar to him.
