Yes, agree totally with you, that interview is very good, worth the read!! Life as a game of Tetris is a great analogy.
The advice from Mr Swarbrick is absolutely true.
And what Owen says about making the thing you love your job - can go both ways I guess. I think people always tell you „do what you love!“ without looking at the negative bits…
Oh and exercise!! I’m one of those people who finds it very hard to get up and going… and then not overdo it if exercising but can confirm it definitely helps.
