I went to school, with Jamie Stewart of the Cult (and local band Ritual). Anyway I'm 41 so Jamie Stewart of the cult would be the same age. I hear Jamie Stewart of Xiu Xiu is 32. And compare the pics. To be fair it caught me out the other way round so shame on those rock family tree type sites for getting it so horribly wrong! One thing I always thought was shame was Jamie never played lead guitar in the cult. Yes Billy Duffy was a good guitarist but I wouldn't call him edgy and innovative whereas Jamie always was when he played lead with Ritual. |
