Last night i attended a debate by representatives of 5 polictial parties. (PC, Liberals, Green, NDP and Communist) this took place at the pic pub in vancouver. It was a great environment to be in, you could heckle when you disagreed with what they were saying, you could shout your support and they took some good questions from those in attendance.
after hearing what everyone had to say, i'm almost sitting on the fence about who'd i'll vote for....and to go back a bit here, although the PC fella seemed the most down to earth and definetly handled the heckling well, there was nothing he could say (or the liberals) that would make me vote for them. I wouldn't choose a political candidate based on how 'good' of a person i thought they were.
anyways, i thought this setting for a debate was a great idea.

i saw the gp leader on much music
while i've a;ways been a ndp/green supporter
i gained even more respect for his party.
i did realize thatt his country needs change by which party, i am unsure now, but i know for sure thatteh libs and pc's represent political rot

i think steve would vote for green, because he's young and won't understand politics until he grows pubes.

Man my pubes are so long right now. I'm going to make a pamphlet on the intense length of my pubic hair.
and voting green? Certainly not.

I found this on another forum and and thought it was pretty cool.
"Gusto, my opinion June 29 2004, 9:02 AM
Personally i think the conservatives completely transmogrify everything i vorciferously believe in. I cant imagine voting liberal as it seems to me they have their priorities mixmaximafied. The green party i feel totters on the brink of blortoration whilst savniforently ponteronating the values we uphold so abnobringcariously. To sum it up: If the liberals were to change their droghorly soporofities and come up with a more plasticrating brashtorate they might have a worthwhile civarit to hortify, but as it stands conservative seems to be the most broamnorame fornacity. Its just one mans opinion but how can we stand by and watch the worntning quashnoblats disfornoblog everything we have dookdangled for so long now?
Toshnaglab your behindornators people ... your hobdorglob mishnoflake lies at stake here!
Unstroshnoodlingly yours; Gusto. "
