the WoS show in seattle starts at 7:00 not 7:30. be careful because these things usually start on time. bring $$ for good for cows!!! the show is free, but they are on tour.

I was visting Portland and saw the show @ Disjecta. I would have to say it was fucking amazing. A GREAT show.. Except for the two blonde scenesters who decieded to show up to the show late and stand right in fucking front when the entire crowd was sitting down. Actually I think it was Iggy and Deborah Harry.. Plus Jamie and the girl (forgot name), where extremely nice to talk with. thanks for the show~

The Portland Xiu Xiu show last thursday was absolutely mind-blowing. It's one of the best shows I've been to. Never seen someone get as intense as Jamie Stewart. And he was really awesome to talk to at the merch booth. I was pleased that they did a full set up; I'd heard that sometimes the shows are just Jamie and a guitar. The renditions of "Fabulous Muscles" and "Crank Heart" were especially killer.
